Moving Forward While Looking Back

In life we have to continue moving forward; no matter what we may be enduring. Part of my mental health journey is acknowledging and using this in my everyday interactions.

But is it healthy to look back? To see my failures, sadness, anger, or my shortcomings?

I think that it's not just healthy, but necessary for growth. Willy Wonka said it best, "Oh you can't get out backwards, you have to go forwards to go back."

Never leave who you are, but don't be the you that failed you. (Think about it, it'll make sense later.)
