When you age into the person that says, "I remember when..." You look back and wonder if you did everything you could in life to succeed. Did you take the chances that lay before you? Did you out work the persons that wanted your position?

Or, do you complain? It was mine to take. I should have been promoted. This place just isn't for people like me.

What in us causes this visceral reaction? 

In the end, the only thing you need is to know your potential; work to that measuring stick. 

In the end, the only obstacle  keeping you from being the person that you want to be is you. Do you out work everyone? Do you wait for the pack or will you run alone!?
