It's not a sad thing to grow old. I look back at my experiences and I am lucky to have gotten here. Not all bad decisions end your life; although it may feel that way in the moment. 

And things may seem good for a moment and then the moment slips on by you. That feeling that great things are at your fingertips, but it never quite comes together.

So I sit and ponder where I have been and where I may be going. The good and bad of it all; yet if we stop moving we've still made a choice.

Push ever forward, keep waking and taking control of life. We do this because we matter to ourselves, to our loved ones, and to the person that you give a warm smilt to as you pass them on the street.
