We all have a person or group that make our lives the better; they make us happy and we feel complete around them. In my life I found that as a child, you found these types of people more often. But why?
Well, as a child we haven't learned all of the negative stereotypes about people that don't look like us. Hate, racism, and negative expectations of others are taught to us. So, kids find fast friends because anyone at anytime can be a friend. So, we are left with more options for friends and less expectations.
Sadly, we grow older and our ideas of acceptable friends narrow. It's truly a strange bit of strange magic, isn't it?
The more people that we have the ability to meet, the fewer people that we accept into our circle.
If you consider what might make your life better, think about opening your mind to a bigger circle of people.
